First Choice Healthcare is looking to immediately hire a Texas Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help our chronic pain patients by identifying the causes of their pain and attempting to treat the condition using several techniques such as injections, medications, diet and education. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
New patient evaluations
Follow-up evaluations
Referrals 
Assessing X-rays & MRI's 

First Choice Healthcare is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Full-time and part-time open positions.
Pain management experience preferred. Must have or be willing to obtain own DPS/DEA number.  Compensation starts at $65.00/hr.

Job Description Spine Fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon seeks a full-time Physician Assistant.  There is onsite PT and the Hospital is located very conveniently near the practice.  The new PA will work directly with the Doctor who handles 100% spine cases.  The Doctor also has the latest minimal invasive technology, handles very complex cases and has top educational credentials.  This position will be a split between the OR and the Clinic.  Will train a new PA that has a strong desire for ortho-spine!  The location is about 50 minutes to the Philadelphia area.  There is an excellent benefit package which includes vacation, medical, Dental, STD, LTD, life insurance, CME, 401k and many other benefits!  Also, if the PA works more than 40 hours per week, there is paid time and a half.  Please send your resume to the attention of Fred Perlman at: e.perlman@gte.net
