Seton Hill University is currently seeking a physician assistant for the position of Program Director. This is a full-time 12 month faculty 
position. Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Seton Hill University is a Catholic, liberal arts University located 35 miles 
east of Pittsburgh.

The Program is fully accredited and maintains a 96% five year aggregate national board examination first attempt pass rate and 
trains physician assistants to provide quality primary medical care with specific emphasis on the underserved.

Duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing all aspects of the graduate physician assistant program; working collaboratively with 
annually contracted faculty to assure academic instruction and related  program tasks are completed; supervising adjunct faculty, lecturers,  staff and students; teaching; advising and all activities related to  program accreditation. The Program Director reports to the Dean of 
Graduate and International Programs.

Requirements: Master's degree in health or related field, graduate of an accredited physician assistant program or medical school, current  NCCPA or appropriate board certification, eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania, at least 3 years of recent clinical experience and at 
least 3 years of physician assistant education experience, prior  experience with ARC-PA accreditation process preferred, excellent 
communication and organizational skills and ability to function  effectively in a team environment. Prior administrative and/or 
research experience are preferred.
